ASAD & ASAD-Lt Technical Support
  • Technical support to answer questions and solve problems is provided by telephone, e-mail and Internet-conferencing.
  • Major program version updates (typically 1 to 3 per year*) are sent, on CD-Rom, directly to all users by mail. Other periodic minor revisions and updates (typically 12 or more per year*) are posted to the Hiteshew Engineering Systems Internet website. Users can download the most recent version directly from the Internet anytime.

* Updates to ASAD-Lt are fewer and less frequent than the full ASAD version.

Technical Support, Software Updates & Training Fees

For the first year of use there is no charge for technical support, software updates and onsite training**. After the first year, a maintenance fee (which bundles technical support, software updates and onsite training**) of $575 (ASAD) or $175 (ASAD-Lt) per year per license is charged. This is due on the anniversary of the original purchase date.
